He has earned coveted features in every major English-language wine magazine, solidifying his place as an industry luminary.
Tom's influence extends beyond his literary prowess. He's held esteemed positions within organizations like the Commanderie de Bordeaux, the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, and the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne. Over the past four decades, he has orchestrated some of the world's most pivotal wine tastings, including comprehensive evaluations of iconic names like Petrus, Latour, Lafite, Mouton, Haut Brion, and Pichon Lalande in Bordeaux. His pursuits ventured into Burgundy, encompassing legendary domains such as La Tâche, Rousseau, Jadot, Leroy, and more. Stateside, his expertise spans a range from Screaming Eagle to Bryant Ridge, Beringer, Heitz, Phelps, and beyond.
